Complaints Policy

The YSP management committee has adopted a complaints policy so that concerns any Angus Australia member have with the YSP bulls can be formally addressed in an orderly manner.

Complaints from members of the YSP or of Angus Australia, concerning the suitability of bulls selected for the YSP must be submitted in writing and detail the bull involved, the nature of the problem, when and where it was observed and be signed by the person making the complaint.

The Management Committee will review the information provided and have the right to:
                       - Review all available information
                      - Seek further information, including another inspection by person/people nominated by                          the committee
                       - Review any additional information
                       - Decide to take no further action
                       - Remove the bull from the program
                       - Respond to the complainant in writing
