JOHN KILROY ENTERS MACCAS FOR THE FIRST TIMEBrisbane’s leading beef restaurateur John Kilroy walked under the golden arches for the first time to find out what the McDonald’s Angus burger fuss was all about and rated the burger as ‘very good’ and suggested the younger generation now recognizes Angus as a premium product. CAAB’s chief executive Phil Morley says the campaign has been an ‘absolute coup’ for Angus producers. ‘The Angus burger gloss was rubbing off on the red meat industry with butchers asking for more CAAB products for their shops to meet the increased enquiry for Angus product. |
