Updated ASBP Progeny Performance Reports

Progeny Performance reports contain a range of information to assist Angus breeders in determining the progeny performance of sires within the Angus Sire Benchmarking Project (ASBP) Sires. This includes a range of familiar information (TACE EBVs and selection Indexes) and additional information (progeny average values and rankings within the ASBP).

The EBVs and progeny averages listed in the reports have recently been updated to include:
•  Cohort 5: 200 day weights and docility scores from weaning.
•  Cohort 4: Net feed intake measurements and additional ultrasound scan and weight data.
•  Cohorts 1 to 3: Rib and rump fat measurements on steers from the abattoir.
•  All Cohorts: The July 2016 TACE EBVs and Selection Index values.
