Friday’s Eastern States AuctionsPlus Sale saw a of  total 9,229 head offered.

Females this week filled 72% of this week’s catalogue.

PTIC heifers topped at $1,770, for a line of Angus Heifers from Culcairn, NSW making the top price.

Proven breeders sold to $1,440, for a line of Angus cows, PTIC Angus Bulls from Bellata, NSW.

First calvers reached a top of $2,140, for Angus Cows, with Angus calves at foot from Mount Gambier SA.

Also from Mount Gambier, SA were the top line of cows and calves, 3-4 year old Angus Cows with Angus calves at foot, making $2,220.

The money was still there for the younger cattle, with 282kg Angus steers from Mortlake, VIC making 372c/kg or $1050.

310kg Angus Steers from Narrawong, VIC sold from 364c/kg or $1,055.

231kg Angus Heifers from Mortlake, VIC sold for 344c/kg or $795.

307kg Angus Heifers from Essington, NSW sold for 323c/kg or $990.
