A charity auction held as part of the LIVEXchange Gala Dinner in Darwin on the 25th and 26th November has raised $56,363.

This year the Rotary Club Jakarta Cilandak on behalf of the Rawinala Foundation in Jakarta was the beneficiary of the funds. The Rawinala Foundation provides education to multi disable visually impaired children in Indonesia. It currently provides education to 55 students and a home to 11 adults.

Angus Australia provided a black Angus hide, 2 Angus Australia caps and a “The Story of Angus in Australia” hard cover book as a package for the auction. The winning bidder for $3200 was the Tipperary Group of Stations.

The equal top items sold at the auction was a signed State of Origin jersey and a signed Wallabies jersey which both made $7500.
