We would like to take the opportunity to remind all our Members that the Member Services Team cannot perform any animal transactions of any kind over the phone. All corrections, changes, transfers and registrations of animals must be supplied in writing.
By providing requests in writing it provides a record for both Angus Australia and for the members involved case there is a future discrepancy protecting everyone involved and providing an avenue for clarification if there are issues. Generally, it is just good practice.
Remember that we are happy to receive animal transaction requests in a range of ways that will suit all members – a hand written letter, printed form, emails or faxes are all quite acceptable. Either email firstname.lastname@example.org, fax 02 6772 3095 or mail your request to Angus Australia.
