2019 marks the 10th year of the Angus Sire Benchmarking Program (ASBP) and you are invited to the University of New England’s (UNE) Tullimba Research Feedlot to hear about the latest research developments from Angus Australia. The event which is open to everyone, is being held on Wednesday the 27th of November 2019.
The gates will open at 10.30am giving participants a morning to inspect ~300 Cohort 8 steers identified to their sire before a barbeque lunch with Angus verified beef to celebrate 10 years of the ASBP and Angus Australia’s centenary.
Presentations on the latest Angus R&D outcomes will commence at 1.30pm where participants will hear presentations from;
Attendees are also invited to attend a tour of the Rangers Valley feedlot on the morning of the Thursday 28th of November.

A bus to Rangers Valley will depart Glen Innes Information Centre at 8:30am returning to
Glen Innes at approximately 12 noon.
