An Angus steer donated by Carenda Angus raised $2,050 for Parkinson’s WA at Wagin Woolorama.

The pure Angus steer weighed 458kg and was donated by the Kitchen Family’s, Carenda Angus stud, Katanning WA and was purchased by Kel Patterson, Ganzer Grazing, Wagin.

This was the first time a charity steer had been auctioned at Woolorama, with Parkinson’s WA a charity close  to the Kitchen Family’s heart, with John Kitchen’s father having suffered from Parkinson’s.

$2,050 was the equal top price paid for steers during the trade steer auction.
