Angus and Angus cross cattle leapt off the blocks this week securing top prices in over 80% of categories in Friday’s AuctionsPlus sale 24 June.

With an even spread of young cattle, both steers, heifers, and breeders, all types of buyers took part in the auctions with a total of 476 bidders logging on to the sale bringing an impressive 96% clearance.

As supply issues continue to plague the beef supply chain it’s anyone’s guess where it will get to.
