A major systems glitch in our computer program has just come to our attention
Members are asked to please ignore the May statements distributed electronically on 4th & 5th June 2018.
We will redistribute the May 2018 Statements on Wednesday the 6th of June 2018 to all Members with current account balances only.
We sincerely apologise to all our members for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your patience while we attend to this glitch.
Member statements are only generated for member accounts with an outstanding balance. Any account with a nil balance will not receive a statement.
Unprocessed payments at months end will be deducted from the balance owing on the next statement.
Please note that BPAY is the preferred method of payment for Angus Australia. Use the BPAY Biller code shown at the bottom of the statement and your unique reference number shown below the biller code.
Statements are also available for FULL MEMBERS only from the secure member area on the website. To access your statement, go to the MEMBER LOGIN area and click on the “Files to download” option that is available after logging in.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions about the statement you have received or regarding the process of receiving your statements electronically.
Please also contact us if you would like your statements to be emailed to an alternate address.
Members who have not supplied an email address are encouraged to please do so to allow us to update the database and better service your requirements.
