Registration fees

All prices include GST and are per person.


The full conference package includes:

  • A 2-day conference pass (May 18 -19) starting Thursday morning and continuing until lunch time Friday
  • Conference satchel and event information
  • Conference catering each day (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided as per the program)
  • Gala Dinner – Thursday 18 May

Member registration – $220
Youth member registration – $150
Non member registration – $255


Day registrations will be accepted for either Thursday or Friday of the conference. This charge does not include evening functions however these may be purchased at the nominated rates. Day registration includes:

  • Conference sessions on the selected day
  • Conference catering on selected day (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided as per the program for that day)
  • Conference satchel and event information

Member registration Thursday May 18th – $90/day
Non member registration Thursday May 18th – $120/day
Member registration Friday May 19th – $75/day
Non member registration Friday May 19th – $105/day


The tour price includes return coach transport from Ballarat Wednesday May 17th (an option for pick up in Melbourne may be available depending on requirement), and morning tea and lunch.

Welcome Cocktail Party
Wednesday May 17th, from 7pm

To be held at the Mercure Hotel. The function includes substantial finger food, with drinks available for purchase from the bar.

Dress for the Welcome Function is cocktail.

Member & Non Member – $60

Gala Dinner
Thursday May 18th, from 6.30pm

To be held at the Mercure Hotel. Pre-dinner drinks will be from 6.30pm with musical accompaniment by Ballarat Grammar String Quartet. Dinner will be served from 7.30pm and will include a two course dinner, entertainment and an auction to raise money for the Angus Foundation.

Dress for the Conference Dinner is semi formal.
One Conference Gala Dinner ticket is included in a full conference registration. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying guests.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund, will be made on any cancellations received by Monday 1 May 2017. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after May 1, although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference coordinator.

Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. Angus Australia will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference and tour.

Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.
