To be held at the Mercure Hotel. Pre-dinner drinks will be from 6.30pm with musical accompaniment by Ballarat Grammar String Quartet. Dinner will be served from 7.30pm and will include a two course dinner, entertainment and an auction to raise money for the Angus Foundation.
Dress for the Conference Dinner is semi formal.
One Conference Gala Dinner ticket is included in a full conference registration. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying guests.

The Angus Foundation funds youth development, education and research programs conducted by Angus Australia. These programs are designed to encourage and assist the involvement of young people in the Australian beef industry, to provide professional development opportunities for young beef producers, and to assist in conducting research, development and education programs for the benefit of Angus breeders and the wider Australian beef industry.
In 2016 the Angus Foundation funded up to $46,000 in scholarships, awards and bursaries, allowing Angus youth members the opportunity to expand their education opportunities.
