Managing risk of accelerating loss of genetic diversity with genomic and $Indices based selection.
Improving AA focus on growing members’ businesses.
Maintaining and promoting competitive advantages of Angus with changing markets and other meat quality focussed breeds.
Improving connections between show-ring and sale-ring.
Engaging with Angus Youth to foster intergenerational skills transfer.
Ensuring member services are efficient, timely, relevant and resourced.
Improving communications between AA Board and State Committees.
Providing member opportunities for improving knowledge, skills and marketing.
