Save the date – 2016 Angus National Conference

March 7, 2016 2:27 pm

The Angus National Conference will be held at the Commercial Club in Albury NSW on May 19th – 20th.

Open to all, the Angus Conference provides attendees with the opportunity to network with industry professionals and touch base with other cattle producers.

Given the record breaking year Angus Australia has seen for Angus breeders, with record prices reached in both the commercial and seedstock sectors, the eclipsing of all past records of calves registered, performance records submitted and genetic trends achieved in EBVs and Indexes and the expansion of Angus branded products on the export, food service and retail markets, the opportunities available to producers in all sectors of the Angus supply chain are certainly vast.

The proposed program will follow up on  this exciting period and promises to be a drawcard for commercial and seedstock producers alike. The program will cover a wide range of topics including marketing and selling opportunities for Angus breeders, success with the development of Angus brands, an overview on export opportunities, case studies from commercial producers and Australian Angus in overseas markets, success with fixed time AI and the opportunities and challenges ahead for Angus.

A number of sponsorship opportunities, including trade display options are also available. CLICK HERE for more information
