Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Members of The Angus Society of Australia Limited will be held at
4:30pm (AEST) Tuesday 26th May 2026
Ballarat Mechanics Institute (BMI)
117-119 Sturt St, Ballarat Central, Victoria
and via Zoom video/teleconference
MEMBER WORKSHOP (preceding the AGM)
Registrations: 9.30am
Member Workshop: 10am – 4pm
AGM: 4.30pm
The AGM will be preceded by a member workshop featuring the following presentations:

Carel Teseling (COO Angus Australia)
Dr Vinzent Boerner (GHPC Consulting & Services)
Market Analysis
Simon Quilty (Global AgriTrends)
Additional Presentations include:
- Immunedex – Dr Brad Hine (Extension Angus Australia)
- HeiferSELECT – Jake Bourne (Business Development Angus Australia)
- MateSel – Carel Teseling (COO Angus Australia)
Lunch and Refreshments are provided.
Members are welcome to join the Board of Directors and staff for dinner and drinks at their own expense.

Please note that connection details for online participation in the AGM will only be provided to members who complete the pre-registration process.
It will not be possible to participate in the online meeting without pre-registering.
Pre-registration will close at 5:00pm (AEST) Monday 25th May 2026.
Full and Honorary Life Members who are unable to attend the AGM are encouraged to complete and return the Proxy Voting Form attached. Proxy Voting Forms must be received by 5:00pm (AEST) Monday 25th May 2026.
