Register Your Interest: 2027 Angus Youth National Roundup Event Coordinator
Angus Australia is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably experienced individuals or organisations interested in delivering the 2027 Angus Youth National Roundup as Event Coordinator.
The Angus Youth National Roundup is the flagship youth event for the breed, bringing together participants from across Australia for a unique experience combining education, competition and connection. As the event continues to grow in scale and importance, Angus Australia is seeking a capable delivery partner to support its planning and execution.
Tender Process Overview
This will be a two-stage process:
Stage 1 – Registration of Interest (ROI)
Interested parties are invited to submit a Registration of Interest outlining their experience and capability.
Stage 2 – Request for Proposal (RFP)
A detailed tender document will be provided to shortlisted respondents, who will be invited to submit a formal proposal.
About the Role
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the 2027 Angus Youth National Roundup, including:
- Managing onsite event execution
Who Should Register
Registrations of interest are encouraged from individuals or organisations with:
- Experience in event coordination or project delivery
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to work collaboratively within a committee environment
- Experience delivering events of similar scale (desirable)
- Understanding of, or connection to, the beef industry (desirable but not essential)
