Angus Australia is seeking expressions of interest from members who may wish to be involved in the Genetic Evaluation Consultative Committee, Angus Sire Benchmarking Program Consultative Committee, and Angus Youth National Roundup Organising Committee.
The consultative committees provide a mechanism to obtain structured feedback of ideas and suggestions from members, and assist the Angus Australia Board of Directors and management in developing strategies and policies that ensure Angus Australia’s programs meet the current and future requirements of members.
The Angus Youth Roundup Organising Committee provides guidance and assistance to the Angus Youth Roundup Event Manager in planning, promoting and conducting the 2022 Angus Youth National Roundup.
Expressions of interest are being sought for the following positions:
- All positions on the Genetic Evaluation Consultative Committee
- The bull owner representative positions on the Angus Sire Benchmarking Program Consultative Committee
- All positions on the Angus Youth National Roundup Organising Committee
Expressions of interest must be returned to Angus Australia by Wednesday, April 21st by completing an online application form. Online application forms for each committee can be accessed by clicking on the respective button below.
All expressions of interest will be collated and considered by the Angus Australia Board of Directors in May, with the instatement of new committee members announced in early June.
