Red Gene Testing Update
Angus Australia is liaising with Zoetis regarding delays currently affecting the processing and reporting of Red Gene testing requests.
Zoetis has advised that it is currently experiencing delays in reporting Red Gene results. As part of its response, Zoetis is re-testing all requests that have not yet been reported to Angus Australia.
For samples submitted between 1 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, Zoetis has advised that re-test results are expected to be provided to Angus Australia around 25 September 2026.
If you require Red Gene testing results urgently, you may wish to consider submitting samples to Neogen or Weatherbys as alternative testing providers.
