Angus Australia is seeking a Member Services Officer to join our dedicated team based in Armidale.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to play a role in supporting Angus producers across both Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

As part of the Member Services team, you’ll help support our members in accessing the tools and services they need to manage their cattle operations. You’ll assist with everything from registrations and DNA procession to performance data recording and export certification.

Your day-to-day role will involve phone and email communication, data entry, and helping members understand and use our Angus.TECH platform.  You’ll also work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of member transactions including registrations, transfers, performance data and DNA submissions;
  • Provide support and guidance to new and existing members;
  • Communicate with members via phone, email and in person;
  • Assist in data checking, troubleshooting and education around Angus Australia systems and services;
  • Support internal teams with accurate member information and coordination;
  • Occasionally visit members or attend events to support member engagement and education.

Who You Are

Whether you’re starting your career or bringing experience from another customer-focused role, this position offers the chance to grow and make a real difference in the beef industry.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people;
  • Great attention to detail and confidence working with data;
  • Solid computer skills and a willingness to learn the Angus.TECH system;
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Integrity, respect for others, and alignment with the values of Angus Australia.

Experience in agriculture is a bonus but not essential – we’re happy to train the right person.

Why Join Angus Australia?

  • Work with a supportive, values-driven team;
  • Contribute to a respected organisation with a long-standing reputation in the industry;
  • Learn on the job with the opportunity for professional development;
  • Make a genuine difference to the success of Angus breeders nationwide.

If you’re organised, personable and ready to contribute to a high-performing team that supports Australia’s leading beef breed, we’d love to hear from you.
